Module for editing electronic forms and submission of project proposals

With the module you can create a project proposal by opening a new form, fill, attach the relevant documents required to it and submit electronic or "over the counter". For information on how this works, see section "Guide to working with the system".

User and user profile

To use the full functionality of the system is necessary to have created a profile, which is used for creating, editing, storage and submission of the project proposal.

If you are not a user of the system or are not logged into your profile, you can only browse the list and the instructions of the currently open procedures in the various Operational Programmes, as well as view and print electronic forms with pre-built system or your colleague.

If you are a registered user and logged in, you can create a new project proposal to edit an existing already, apply appended thereto or to submit electronic or "over the counter".

Open application procedures

In this section of the system you can see all currently open for application procedures for the various operational programs. Section is accessible from the menu "Open procedures".

The tree "Open application procedures", by selecting the Operational Programme and axis have the opportunity to access the relevant procedure. Procedures that are already closed or to be open not displayed. In parentheses after each operational program and axis are shown the currently open procedures. Code of each axis and the procedure is displayed in front of them. Forms

Menu forms, you can access all your forms, divided into three groups, working forms Completed forms and archive forms. Project proposal

From the "Project proposals", you can see a list of your proposals grouped into three groups made of the filing counter and Archived.

No matter how you want to submit your project proposal, electronic or "over the counter" in the records of the Managing Authority, all proposals are prepared and submitted through the system. User and user profile

How do I create a profile?
