The program aims to provide humanitarian assistance for accommodation and food to those who received temporary protection in the Republic of Bulgaria from Ukraine, displaced after February 24, 2022.
The aid is provided for a person who is registered and has been issued a "registration card of a foreigner" who has been granted temporary protection - for the period from 01.06.2022 to 15.11.2022 inclusive. The current procedure is for recovering expenses made in November 2022.
